Setting up WooCommerce
Connect WooCommerce so store orders become Routelink tasks you can plan and dispatch.
WooCommerce can push or pull orders into Routelink as tasks, so planning starts from the same list your store already has.
Before you start
- A Routelink account with permission to add integrations
- A WooCommerce store and credentials that can create REST API keys
1. Add the integration
In Routelink, go to Settings → Integrations, choose WooCommerce, and give it a name you’ll recognise later.
2. Connect your store
Save the integration once to get your webhook URL, then add it to WooCommerce for order-created events. To pull orders on demand, add your store URL and REST API keys.
3. Choose what to sync
Confirm which order statuses should become tasks, and that each order includes a shipping address. Add phone or email if you want customer notifications.
4. Test it
Create a test order in WooCommerce and confirm a matching task appears in Routelink. Check the address, contact details and order reference before you go live.
