What counts as a qualified lead?

A business that runs local deliveries, has a decision-maker you can introduce, and is not already a Routelink customer or in an active trial.

When does Referral pay out?

Once the referred customer has paid for more than three months. Partner follows the same annuity model, with the higher rate in return for front-line support.

What does front-line support mean as a Partner?

You are the first point of contact for day-to-day questions. Routelink stays behind you for product issues, billing and anything you cannot resolve.

Can I white-label Routelink?
