Setting up Shopify
Connect Shopify so new orders land in Routelink as tasks you can plan and dispatch.
Shopify pushes orders into Routelink as tasks, so you can plan routes without exporting a spreadsheet each morning.
Before you start
- A Routelink account with permission to add integrations
- A Shopify store and an account that can install apps or create API credentials
1. Add the integration
In Routelink, go to Settings → Integrations, choose Shopify, and give it a name you’ll recognise later.
2. Connect your store
Follow the prompts to authorise Routelink against your Shopify shop. Once connected, new orders can be sent through as tasks.
3. Choose what to sync
Decide which orders should become tasks — for example paid orders only, or a specific location. Make sure each order includes a delivery address and, if you send notifications, a phone number or email.
4. Test it
Place a test order in Shopify and confirm a matching task appears in the Routelink inbox. Check the address, contact details and order reference before you go live.
