Setting up Webfleet
Connect Webfleet to import vehicles and zones, and export planned routes as orders.
Webfleet is your telematics system. Connecting it lets Routelink use the same vehicles and zones, and send planned routes back as Webfleet orders.
Before you start
- A Routelink account with permission to add integrations
- A Webfleet account and a WEBFLEET.connect user with the right permissions
1. Add the integration
In Routelink, go to Settings → Integrations, choose Webfleet, and give it a name you’ll recognise later.
2. Connect your account
Enter your Webfleet account name, username and password for the connect user. Create a dedicated user rather than using a personal login.
3. Choose what to sync
Import vehicles and zones into Routelink so planning uses the same fleet. When a route is ready, export it to Webfleet as orders for the assigned vehicles.
4. Test it
Import vehicles once and confirm they match Webfleet. Plan a short test route, export it, and check it appears against the right vehicle in Webfleet.
