Setting up Sage Accounting
Connect Sage Accounting so orders and invoices become Routelink tasks you can plan and dispatch.
Sage Accounting is where many teams raise invoices and sales orders. Connecting it lets those records become delivery tasks in Routelink.
Before you start
- A Routelink account with permission to add integrations
- A Sage Accounting company and a user who can authorise apps or API access
1. Add the integration
In Routelink, go to Settings → Integrations, choose Sage Accounting, and give it a name you’ll recognise later.
2. Connect your company
Authorise Routelink against the Sage company that holds the orders you deliver. Use an account with access to sales invoices or orders.
3. Choose what to sync
Pick which invoices or orders should become tasks, and map customer name, delivery address and document number. Add phone or email if you send notifications.
4. Test it
Raise a test invoice or sales order in Sage and confirm a matching task appears in Routelink. Check the address and reference before you go live.
