Setting up Klaviyo
Connect Klaviyo so Routelink can push delivery events for customer email and SMS.
Klaviyo is where you already send marketing and transactional messages. Connecting it lets Routelink push delivery events so those flows can include live order status.
Before you start
- A Routelink account with permission to add integrations
- A Klaviyo account and a private API key with permission to create events
1. Add the integration
In Routelink, go to Settings → Integrations, choose Klaviyo, and give it a name you’ll recognise later.
2. Connect your account
Paste your Klaviyo private API key into the integration settings and save.
3. Choose what to sync
Turn on the Routelink notification triggers you care about — for example scheduled, on the way, delivered and failed. In Klaviyo, build or update flows that listen for those events.
4. Test it
Add a stop with your own email, plan it onto a route, and run it through. Confirm the event arrives in Klaviyo and that the flow sends the message you expect.
