Routelink helps you plan and optimise local delivery routes, dispatch them to your drivers, keep your customers updated, and capture proof that the job was done.

The delivery lifecycle

Every day in Routelink follows the same five stages:

1. Capture — get your tasks into Routelink, whether from a spreadsheet, your online store, or your own systems.
2. Plan — turn that list of tasks into optimised, driver-ready routes.
3. Dispatch — send each route to a driver’s phone.
4. Notify — keep your customers informed with automatic updates and live tracking.
5. Deliver — drivers navigate to each stop, complete it, and capture proof of delivery.

You don’t have to use all five. Plenty of teams start by planning routes and printing trip sheets, then layer on dispatch and notifications later.
